TYPE C: Nicknamed 'The Studio', the Type C offers an excellent option for anyone who wants to work at home or adaptable spaces for people looking for the flexibility to accommodate guests with ease. With the option of double-height space, mezzanine or study/bedroom upstairs. This house type works well for those who enjoy open plan living.
Type C is arranged so that the Ground Floor offers ample double-height space for the kitchen, dining and living area. This is open to the underside of the roof slope, fitted with roof lights, providing a bright and airy space. In addition, the hallway allows access to the stairway, downstairs bathroom store cupboard, utility room and a downstairs master bedroom.
This type can be one and a half storeys, with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, along with a spacious mezzanine under the roof slope that overlooks the living room. This space can be used as a studio space or as an additional guest bedroom.

All the house types are Architect designed by a Certified Passivhaus Designer. The simplicity and functionality of the layouts is easy to see, however, behind the scenes, the construction details of the houses have been rigorously reviewed and tested to eliminate cold bridging and optimise the performance. Externally robust detailing is used to minimise cyclical maintenance. This all helps to ensure low running costs.
